How You’ll Learn to Succeed

During the 12-month program you’ll learn from communities, individuals, teams and via online groups.

4-Week Induction

In weeks 1 – 4 you’ll dive into the social model and learn all about the Everyday Way! ​​​​​​​Meet all the people and teams who’ll surround you with support during the important phase of induction.

Everyday Therapy Mentoring (ETM)

Access this online mentoring four days a week – the place to receive mentoring from subject matter experts or get a clinical consult or support while you’re on the road.

Graduate Peer Learning Community

Connect with your peers through monthly learning and reflection sessions, plus twice-monthly discipline-specific clinical supervision to build your skills, confidence, and competency.

Communities of Practice (CoP)

Connect with others who share your passion for certain topics – discuss, challenge, unpack, problem-solve and learn.​​​ There’s a CoP, related to your discipline every month!

Career Coaching

Meet with our Career Coach to map out your career pathway and be guided to thrive in your role!

External Professional Development Budget

Enjoy a $1,000 PD budget in your first year, increasing to $1,500 in year two.
