You’ll work alongside our interdisciplinary youth therapy teams to help adolescence and young adults explore work, build new skills and shape their future with confidence.
Our employment coaches deliver tailored, hands-on NDIS Employment Supports to young people.
They develop a program and provide services to help young people achieve their employment goals. They help young people build employability skills, provide transport training to support travel to and from work, on the job support, training and more.
As a member of our youth team, you’ll work with a Youth Lead Practitioner , who coordinate a broader team of employment coaches like yourself and work closely with allied health professionals, habit coaches, and other youth-focused practitioners.
By bringing employment and vocational supports together with our therapy services, we help adolescents and young adults explore career pathways, build new skills, and shape their futures with confidence.
