Our behaviour support practitioners are curious about behaviours and understanding why people use challenging behaviours. They are occupational therapists, mental health nurses, social workers and developmental educators who work to change attitudes, expectations and outcomes so that people with disability can live a much better life.
When you join Everyday Independence as a behaviour support practitioner, you’ll work in teams with fellow practitioners and habit coaches, while supported to harness your empathy and clinical passion to become a future-fit, social model therapist.
Our behaviour support practitioners can opt-in to boost their base salary, participate in our social initiative program, all while tapping into an array of learning and support opportunities.
