We will contact you, listen to you and discuss your feedback. Together with you, we will try and come to a resolution. All feedback is documented, including any agreements towards a resolution. We can also assist you with providing feedback in your preferred language.

You can contact the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission (NDIS Commission). The NDIS Commission is an independent Commonwealth agency in charge of checking the quality and safety of NDIS supports and services.
