When scheduling appointments, we do our best to group visits nearby to reduce travel costs.
If your practitioner supports several people in the same area, travel time and costs, including return travel, will be shared. We’ll discuss any shared arrangements with you beforehand.
Sometimes we complete work outside of your appointment to support your progress towards your goals. This is called non-face-to-face support and is charged at the rate outlined in your Service Agreement.
This may include activities such as therapy planning, preparing NDIS reports and other work directly related to helping you achieve your goals. More examples of what we might do in and out of sessions to help you reach your goals are in our Everyday Way Participant Charter
Non-face-to-face support is billed at the rate of the relevant support item outlined in your Service Agreement.
