Frequently Asked Questions

Where will my therapy sessions be held?

Our team can provide therapy in the places that are most relevant to everyday life, including your home, your child’s school, a workplace or out in the community. Your therapist will discuss the best option with you.

What age groups does Everyday Independence support with therapy services?

We support children, young people and adults. Early childhood supports are available for children aged 0–8, while our therapy services support people across all life stages.

Do you provide services to privately paying clients?

We accept enquiries from privately paying clients who are looking to work with a therapy team made up of at least two services, together with a Habit Coach who can support the practice of routines and skills between sessions.

We do not offer Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) services to privately paying customers.

If you are seeking a single service, such as occupational therapy, physiotherapy or speech pathology, you are still welcome to enquire. We will discuss current practitioner availability in your area. Private rates are the same as NDIS rates.

What employment supports do you provide?

We provide services to help people to prepare for and participate in work. Services include support to access employment funding, youth employment programs, vocational assessments and psychosocial recovery coaching.

Do I need an approved NDIS plan to enquire?

No. You are welcome to contact us to discuss your situation and the supports you are looking for. If you have an approved NDIS plan, our team can help you understand whether Everyday Independence may be the right provider for your needs.

How quickly will someone contact me?

Once you submit an enquiry, our team will review your information and contact you to discuss your needs, preferred service and local availability.
