Employment Term – Ongoing – Full Time or Part Time (minimum 3 days per week)

Total Remuneration Package  $86,578 – $106,558 includes Annual Leave Loading & Superannuation + Car Options + Mobile + Laptop

Your Everyday
As an Occupational Therapist at Everyday Independence, you’ll be part of an interdisciplinary team, supported to become a highly effective social model therapist. You’ll play a vital role in helping people enjoy everyday life by building their confidence and skills in their daily environments, whether that’s their home, the beach, or the local coffee shop. No two days are ever the same.

As a social model therapist, you’ll support people to overcome the barriers that are holding them back from engaging with their local community and the wider world. And you won’t do this alone. With the backing of skilled mentors, an interdisciplinary team and Habit Coaches, you’ll be able to wrap the right supports around your participants, empowering them to achieve greater outcomes.

What the future holds
You’ll have the opportunity to support people across different age groups and life stages, with the option to design a caseload based on your clinical passions and areas of interest.
  
Our Occupational Therapists have the chance to pursue 6 clinical career pathways and operational leadership. They go onto become Area and State Leads, Therapy Consultants, Early Childhood Key Workers & Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners.

What do you need to be successful?

  • Have a Bachelors of Occupational Therapy
  • Be AHPRA registered
  • Be a great listener and have a positive approach to risk
  • Have a drive to delivering high impact outcomes in participant lives’
  • Be flexible and able to work in a commercial environment
  • Have a committed to developing yourself and the people around you
  • Be able to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children’s Check
  • Hold a valid drivers licence
