Everyday Independence Youth Lead Practitioners are degree-qualified social workers, specialist educators, youth workers, developmental educators, or mental health nurses.
As a Youth Lead Practitioner, you’ll support adolescents and young adults aged 9–25, acting as the main point of contact for participants and their families. You’ll coordinate their wider team of allied health interdisciplinary services, working alongside other youth-focused practitioners and habit coaches. You’ll use your empathy and understanding of young people to deliver effective, future-focused support within a social model.
