Everyday Independence works with over 400 different referring organisations to support people living with disabilities.

We’ve been registered under the NDIS to provide therapy services since it was introduced in 2013 and our staff have in-depth knowledge of how the NDIS works.  We keep up to date with changes under the NDIS so that the people we support can best make use of their NDIS plans and achieve meaningful outcomes.

Accessing our services

Our Access Team is your first point of call to answer any questions you have about therapy services and how we can support your client to achieve their goals. The Access Team will support you to explore the services that best meet the needs of the person you are referring and provide you with the information you need to make an initial support decision.

Practice and Participant teams at each of our therapy hubs work closely with our Access team to support people to access our services.

The Practice and Participant teams put in a great deal of effort to best match a therapist to the person you have referred to us, taking into account the person’s goals,  unique situation or any specific cultural or language needs they have.

The Practice and Participant teams are also your first contact for any questions you have about therapy we’re providing to a person you support, invoicing, payments or service agreement queries.
