Everyday Independence works with over 400 different referring organisations to support people living with disabilities.

We’ve been registered under the NDIS to provide therapy services since it was introduced in 2013 and our staff have in-depth knowledge of how the NDIS works.  We keep up to date with changes under the NDIS so that the people we support can best make use of their NDIS plans and achieve meaningful outcomes.

Intake and on boarding

We’ve designed our central intake process and local on boarding systems to provide an easy to use, professional and responsive service.

Our Intake Team is a highly experienced team who can answer any questions you have about us, how we work and our therapy services.  They can support you to explore the services that best meet the needs of the person you are referring and provide you with the information you need to make an initial support decision.

Practice and Participant teams at each of our therapy hubs work closely with our Intake team to support people to access our services.

The Practice and Participant teams put in a great deal of effort to best match a therapist to the person you have referred to us, taking into account the person’s goals,  unique situation or any specific cultural or language needs they have.

The Practice and Participant teams are also your first contact for any questions you have about therapy we’re providing to a person you support, invoicing, payments or service agreement queries.
