Our Youth Services bring a therapy team together around your child and family. Delivered by highly trained practitioners, support is connected, practical and focused on everyday life.

They’re your child’s main contact, coordinating a team of youth-focused practitioners to help them reach their personal, social, educational, and employment goals.

What is a Youth Lead Practitioner?

A Youth Lead Practitioner is your child’s main therapist and day-to-day point of contact.

They:

  • Act as your main point of contact
  • Develop a therapy plan aligned to your child’s NDIS goals
  • Coordinate the wider therapy team
  • Work closely with families, schools and other key supports
  • Ensure strategies are consistent across everyday settings
  • Track progress and adjust supports as your child grows

Yes. With family consent, our team works closely with:

  • Teachers and learning support staff
  • School wellbeing and support teams

What NDIS funding is needed for ages 9–15?

To access youth therapy services, your child will need NDIS Capacity Building funding, such as:

  • Improved Daily Living (therapy supports)
  • Improved Relationships (behaviour support), where needed
