With supervision and support at every step, you’ll thrive in your graduate year.
At Everyday Independence we know big careers in allied health don’t happen alone. That’s why our graduate program is built on hands‑on learning, with layers of structured support from the people who guide you every day.
Our Interdisciplinary Practice Graduate Program emphasises hands-on learning, with heaps of support from supervisors, team leaders and peers.
You’ll kick things off by shadowing your Induction Supervisor, getting to know the foundations of interdisciplinary practice. They’ll then supervise you during your first participant sessions. Your same-discipline Clinical Supervisor supports your learning, building your competency with tools, therapy cycle, case load management, and report writing.
As part of a tight-knit interdisciplinary team, you’ll have all the guidance you need from your Team Leader, with regular sessions from your Clinical Supervisor, and support from your hub admin, teammates and fellow grads.
In your first three weeks, you’ll have on–demand, same discipline clinical supervision to support therapy planning, report writing, correspondence, documentation, and efficient caseload management.
After that, you’ll continue to be supported at a monthly 1:1 supervision session.
Experienced, same-progam induction supervisor.
Weekly check-ins to help build professional habits, strengthen your practice the Everyday Way, and support calendar management.
At your hub, you’ll be surrounded by an interdisciplinary team who work alongside you to support therapy planning and collaboration. You’ll also receive hands-on support from the admin team with tech, systems, and calendar management, making it easier to focus on your clients.
And beyond the work, come together for regular fun social events that strengthen team connections and build a sense of community.
Join a community of fellow new grads and grow together. Participate in monthly reflection sessions and twice-monthly discipline-specific clinical support to build your confidence, enhance your skills, and strengthen your professional connections.
You’ll access Everyday Therapy Mentoring four days a week — this is your go-to space to connect with subject matter experts, seek a clinical consult, or get support while you’re on the road. Each month, you’ll take part in an interdisciplinary and discipline-specific disability practice session (two hours) designed to strengthen your ability to delivery impactful therapy.
You’ll also grow through monthly graduate Communities of Practice that blend discipline-specific learning with interdisciplinary collaboration, working alongside peers from other allied health fields.
