More About our Graduate Program

As a new graduate in community practice, you’ll discover that creating impact goes beyond clinical skills, it’s about how you connect with people in their everyday environments. You’ll build on your understanding of social model principles, and gain confidence working alongside an interdisciplinary team to remove barriers and boost participation.

Out in the community, you’ll develop practical skills to work efficiently and flexibly, embedding therapy into real-life routines that matter most to the people you support. You’ll also grow confidence in engaging families and communities, learning how to co-design meaningful strategies that promote lasting change. Throughout the program, you’ll continue building your discipline-specific skills through mentoring, coaching, and hands-on experience so you’re set up to thrive in a career with purpose.
