Positive Change Push:Bayside and South Eastern Melbourne

Our social impact initiative, The Positive Change Push, empowers our team members to extend their impact and fund activities that promote inclusivity in our communities.

Our Bayside and South Eastern Melbourne change makers joined forces to push for positive change by hosting an Arts and Crafts Market Day. This provided participants the opportunity to flex their creativity and sell handmade goods.

The vibrant stalls showcased an array of awesome items, including clay trinkets, occasion cards, paintings, crochet key rings, candles, planters, gift hampers, knitted accessories, bath bombs and jewellery. Patrons were spoilt for choice!

The event was made that little bit sweeter with fairy floss and popcorn stands! Kids had fun at the key worker stall, enjoying face painting, drawing, colouring, and playdough activities.

A few participants supported by Wallara not only held a market stall, they also brought along home-baked cupcakes.

The day was a game-changing experience that exceeded expectations. The outstanding planning and unwavering passion of the Bayside and South Eastern Melbourne teams made this possible.

This event had a massively positive impact on participants’ confidence. They were so delighted by all the items they created and sold!
