Understand your strengths. Explore your options.
Plan your steps with confidence.
A vocational assessment is a person-centred, work-focused assessment that goes beyond job skills. Delivered online by a vocational assessor, it helps you understand what matters most, what you can do, and the environments where you thrive, so your next step into work, study, or volunteering is the right one for you.
At Everyday Independence, we don’t start with jobs. We start with you.
Finding the right pathway isn’t about fitting into a job. It’s about finding work that fits you.
A vocational assessment helps you get clear on your strengths, your interests, and what actually works for you in real life. It supports you to make informed decisions about your future, with pathways that are practical, meaningful, and achievable.
You’ll walk away with direction, confidence, and a clear plan, so you’re not guessing what comes next.
At the end of your assessment, we’ll bring everything together into a personalised, strength-based profile that clearly outlines:
This profile becomes a practical guide used by you, your support network, employment providers, and workplaces to ensure job matching is tailored, meaningful and sustainable.
