We are thrilled to announce that Ally Falzon has been named as a finalist in the Allied Health Early Career Excellence category in the 2020-2021 Australian Allied Health Awards.

Ally is an Occupational Therapist at Everyday Independence and is passionate about supporting people to build their confidence and skills so they can enjoy more of everyday life.

Ally is an amazing advocate for the people she supports and works hard to make sure the right support is provided in the right environment so her clients can achieve their goals.

While only in her second year of practice Ally has demonstrated her ability to mentor team members and support them to work within the social model of therapy.

Ally is a natural leader and is always looking for opportunities to build her leadership skills.

She currently leads a team of 15 therapists and oversees report writing which supports over 400 team members.

“I am honoured to be recognised amongst such a high calibre of finalists and would like to thank the Australian Allied Health Awards managing committee for this opportunity,” said Ally.
