NDIS Functional Capacity Assessments

Designed to help you access the funding you need.

What are NDIS Functional Capacity Assessments?

NDIS functional capacity assessment helps measure how well you can carry out everyday tasks at home, work, school and in the community. These assessments look at important areas like your well-being, independence, support needs, mobility, communication, self-management, learning and self-care, giving a clear picture of the supports you need to live as independently as possible.

As a registered NDIS therapy provider, we provide a detailed functional capacity assessment that aligns with NDIS funding to enhance your goals and improve your quality of life. Conducted by experienced occupational therapists, the insights from this assessment may help you secure funding tailored to your specific needs.

Functional Capacity Assessment (FCA)

The Functional Capacity Assessment offers a complete evaluation of your abilities and needs across 35 key life tasks, including communication, mobility, self-care, social participation, and learning. This assessment is ideal for individuals who require less than six hours of daily support and are not planning to move to a different accommodation in the near future.
