Salary:  $66,895.20 – $76,706.40 including annual leave loading and super

As a Junior Systems Engineer, you will:

  • Initially work as a field technician, focussed on deployment of hardware including Windows 11 devices and Smartphones
  • Perform Microsoft 365 Administration including onboarding, offboarding and access changes in Exchange Online, SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams.
  • Webex telephony reporting.
  • Work as a member of the Systems team providing backfill and coverage as part of a close knit team.

This job is well suited to an experienced helpdesk professional or field technician who is looking for an opportunity to progress their career. As part of a growing enterprise, you will be supported by an experienced team who will mentor and support you. You will be supported in your learning with paid Microsoft exams and become part of a team that will support more than 1600 users.

What do you need for this role?

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • 2 years of IT support experience
  • Hold, or be progressing towards, relevant Microsoft certifications
  • Experience preferred within the healthcare industry (understanding of patient privacy)
  • Experience preferred working within a corporate or enterprise environment
