With demand for our services increasing across all of our sites, we’ve maintained a strong focus on recruitment over the past six months.
We’re committed to delivering high quality therapy services to the people we are currently supporting and assisting new participants to get started with their therapy as soon as possible.
Last week we welcomed 23 new therapists to the team, bringing the number of Everyday Independence team members to almost 220. We’re really excited to have our new team members, but we’re on the lookout for more passionate, talented therapists to join the team.
Positions are available for occupational therapists, speech pathologists, and physiotherapists in each location and we’d love your help to spread the word to therapists looking for their next challenge.
More details of positions available are on the Current Opportunities page of our website.
We’re excited to be putting the final touches on a new site in Werribee, Western Melbourne, which opens next month. The site is centrally located in Werribee, has great parking, and includes dedicated therapy rooms for our therapists to offer in-room appointments.
The new site will enable us to meet the growing therapy needs of people in the Werribee and surrounding areas.
We’ll provide more details to referrers in the coming weeks about how we can support people with disabilities in the Werribee region to live to their full potential.
New South Wales update
It’s been a tremendous period of growth for our Sydney teams. We now have occupational therapists, speech pathologists and physiotherapists supporting people of all ages in all of metro Sydney (with the exception of the Northern Beaches).
We also have early childhood trained therapists within each Sydney team who can support children aged between 0 – 7 years and beyond into adolescence with their therapy needs.
Our Western Sydney team relocated to Harris Park last month and are settling into their new premises. The new site is extremely spacious which is making it ideal for both individual and group therapy sessions.
