Elyse Hower

Elyse is an Occupational Therapist with 10 years’ experience, having held roles across Early Childhood Intervention, Positive Behaviour Support, Functional Assessments and Assistive Technology.

Elyse has embraced several leadership roles at Everyday Independence, including Team Leader, State Lead and her current role as Growth and Habit Coach Executive Lead. Given her growth in leadership, she returned to Monash University to complete her Master’s degree in Management. Elyse recognises the lack of therapy services for people living with disability across Australia and is passionate about growing Everyday Independence’s reach to enable greater access to life-changing supports.
