Employment Term – Ongoing – Full Time or Part Time (minimum 3 days per week)  
Total Remuneration Package – $86,578 – $106,558 includes Annual Leave Loading & Superannuation + Car Options + Mobile + Laptop
Location – Keilor East

Your Everyday
As a Speech Pathologist at Everyday Independence, you’ll play a vital role in helping people to enjoy everyday life by building their confidence and skills whilst being supported to become a highly effective social model therapist.

You’ll support people in their daily environment, whether that’s working with a child on their social skills in the park or developing choice cards for a mum recovering from a stroke, to help improve communication with her family at home. No two days are ever the same.

What the future holds
You’ll have the opportunity to support people across different age groups and life stages, with the option to further your career in either clinical specialisation across 5 clinical career pathways or operational leadership. Our Speech Pathologists go on to become Therapy Consultants and Therapy Mentors or Area and State Leaders, supporting others to build their clinical skills and capacity to drive positive change.

What do you need to be successful?

  • Have a Bachelors of Speech Pathology 
  • Be SPA registered
  • Be a great listener and have a positive approach to risk
  • Have a drive to delivering high impact outcomes in participant lives’
  • Be flexible and able to work in a commercial environment
  • Have a committed to developing yourself and the people around you
  • Be able to obtain an NDIS Worker Screening Check & Working with Children’s Check
  • Hold a valid drivers licence
