Speech Pathologist

Speech Pathologist – Graduate to Experienced
Employment Term: Ongoing – Full Time or Part Time (minimum 3 days per week)
Physiotherapist – Graduate to Experienced
Employment Term – Ongoing – Full Time or Part Time (minimum 3 days per week)
Total Remuneration Package – $70,000 – $100,000 includes Annual Leave Loading and Superannuation

Ballarat, Newtown, Moorabbin, Bendigo, Ballarat, Keilor East, Burwood East, Melton, South Morang, Craigieburn, Croydon, Pakenham, Mornington, Shepparton, Carrum Downs, Hallam, Derrimut & Werribee
NSW locations:
 Tuggerah, Kingswood, Campbelltown, Beresfield, Kotara, Seven Hills, Albury, Bankstown, Liverpool & Caringbah
QLD Locations: 
Rothwell, Ashmore, Springwood, Darra & Chermside
TAS locations: 
Hobart & Launceston 
South Australia: 
Mile End, O’Halloran Hill & Northern Adelaide
Western Australia:

Are you an allied health professional looking for a role where you can make a greater impact?
In your new role you will deliver therapy and use your clinical skills to support people under a social model of disability, breaking barriers to reveal their abilities.
  
As a Therapist you will

  • Use a social model to identify the facilitators and barriers within a person’s environment (attitudinal, social and physical) with meaningful and impactful goals.
  • Prepare full, accurate and timely reports that celebrate our participants achievements and the supports they need to continue towards their vision
  • Evaluate progress and outcomes, by using person centred tools, functional observations and collaborate with participants, family and key stakeholders.
  • Grow your skills supporting people by regularly engaging in mentoring and coaching.

  • Meet the responsibilities of your role including positive outcomes with participants, contributions to the team and meeting key performance indicators

  • Delivered discipline specific therapy within a person’s natural environment and routine, bringing your client’s hopes and dreams to life
  • Accessed mentoring and internal supports to help grow your expertise and skills
  • Participated in a weekly team meeting and contributed thoughts, ideas and solutions
  • Completed reflective practice to develop evidence-based therapy plans
  • Worked collaboratively within an inter disciplinary team

  • Currently registered with either AHPRA or SPA
