Your new role: Habit Coach
Employment type: Part time ongoing – 24 hours per week
Salary: $42,216 – $43,646 per annum including Annual Leave Loading & Superannuation + Phone + Laptop (depending on experience)
Location: Pakenham
Role Requirements: Availability to work between 3pm-7pm is essential
We are looking for a Habit Coach to support in servicing the Pakenham area so that our local, regional and remote participants can have frequent access to services and support to achieve their outcomes.
You will be supporting participants across a lifespan in their home or community environment to assist them reach their full potential.
