Your new role: Habit Coach
Employment type: Casual
Hourly rate: $36.65 – $37.90 per hour (depending on experience)
Role Requirements: Availability to work between 3pm-7pm is essential
We are looking for a Habit Coach to support in servicing the Craigieburn and North Western suburbs/surrounding areas so that our local, regional and remote participants can have frequent access to services and support to achieve their outcomes.
You will be supporting participants across a lifespan in their home or community environment to assist them reach their full potential.
