What your new role looks like

The early years of a child’s life are a critical stage where they have real opportunities to learn, develop and have fun. Sometimes children need extra help to do everyday things and reach their full potential in life.

When you join Everyday Independence you’ll be part of a team who are making positive impacts on the life of children and families working under a Key Worker model.
You’ll work in partnership with families to help them provide the opportunities and experiences that support children to develop skills and participate in all aspects of life.

In this rewarding role you’ll be the primary contact for families. You’ll work on behalf of the Everyday Independence team of therapists and educators who’ll be supporting you to ensure that families achieve the best possible outcomes now and in the future.

You’ll complete our Key Worker and Early Childhood Intervention training program and Off to a Flying Start induction program to give you the foundation to be successful in your role.

To further enhance your skills, you’ll receive ongoing peer support, coaching, mentoring, and learning and development.
