When you join Everyday Independence as a key worker, you’ll work in teams with allied health practitioners and habit coaches. You’ll be supported to harness your empathy and expertise in childhood development to become a future-fit key worker, practising in the social model.
Our key workers can opt-in to boost their base salary, participate in our social initiative program, all while tapping into an array of learning and support opportunities.
