Today, we celebrate a significant growth milestone as we welcome our 200th team member to Everyday Independence.
For an organisation that started 20 years’ ago with one person’s passion to make a difference, it’s an important milestone that we’re very proud of.
Every person who is part of the Everyday Independence team works to deliver on our goal of supporting people to live to their full potential and achieve their goals. As we’ve grown, our occupational therapists, speech pathologists, physiotherapists and supporting team members have been recruited based on their passion for this goal and their commitment to our values as well as holding high standards of professional skills.
Ingrid Cole, Everyday Independence Director is responsible for the development of our people and believes that a strong culture and shared values has helped drive our growth to be one of the largest therapy providers in Australia.
“Across each of our 13 locations in Victoria and New South Wales, our people work with a shared purpose to deliver high quality, meaningful and professional services to people with disabilities, their families, their support networks and referring organisations. As a team, we support each other to be our best so that the people we support can be their best, and achieve what is important to them” said Ingrid.
Our organisation is guided by a belief that everyone has the right to live to their full potential and enjoy an everyday life, and that disability shouldn’t be a barrier to achieving this.
