With restrictions in place across New South Wales and Victoria to stop the spread of the COVID-19, supporting our clients with safe services and supports is our highest priority.
We’re here to support you
As an essential service with authorised workers, Everyday Independence therapists are permitted to visit you in your home and provide therapy support. If your appointment needs to change, we will contact you and talk about it.
If you are unable to attend your appointment in person, your therapist can support you via telehealth so you can continue working towards your goals.
If you are visiting our hubs, please remember that face masks must be worn unless an exemption applies. Please do not visit our hubs if you are feeling unwell.
We continue to stay up to date and actively follow all Government advice. We are keeping our therapy hubs hygienically clean and sanitised, our people are socially distancing, and maintaining good hand hygiene, and we’ve reduced the number of people working in our hubs.
We know restrictions can be stressful and bring new challenges so please speak to your Everyday Independence therapist or call us on 1300 179 131 if you have any questions or need support.
We’re thinking of all those in New South Wales and Victoria during this time.
