As we reflect on 2020, we’d like to thank you for your support.
2020 has been a year to remember! The COVID-19 pandemic meant that at times we were unable to provide therapy in the usual way. It also meant that the people we support were often more vulnerable and disadvantaged. From the beginning of the pandemic we challenged ourselves to continue to live to our values and purpose even in the face of uncertainty.
Our teams were agile as we focused on providing therapy ways that were safe and effective for the people we support. We provided therapy online and over the phone when it wasn’t possible to meet in person. We worked with participants to reassess their needs and adjusted therapy plans when necessary.
Thank you for working with us to ensure people with disabilities are supported and achieving meaningful outcomes.
We are excited as we look forward to 2021. We will continue to grow with new hubs opening in Campbelltown in New South Wales and Redcliffe in Queensland. We have close to 100 new therapists joining us in January.
As always, our focus will be to work with you to ensure the people we support receive the best in therapy so they can live to their full potential and enjoy an everyday life.
Over the festive period, our therapy hubs will be closed from 5 pm Wednesday 23rd December 2020 and will re-open on Monday 4th January 2021.
If you need assistance during this period, our Intake team can be contacted (except on public holidays) by calling 1300 179 131 or submitting an online request.
